Teeside International Airport lies 4.7nm South East of Darlington. The CIX VFR Club was pleased to have adopted its virtual cousin as our Roving Base location from August to October 2013 and again from January to March 2022. On 25 July 2019, the airport was rebranded from Durham Tees Valley back to Teesside International Airport, the name it operated under between 1987 and 2004
