Galway is a City, a County, and a beautiful area, especially if you have the free Irish photographic scenery installed! Galway is well known for its variety of culture with theatres, a University, Mexican, Asian and European and of course Irish Restaurants, and traditional Irish bars featuring traditional music. The streets are reminisent of small back streets in the south of France and Italy rather than Ireland. There are festivals, horse racing, concerts, shopping, which help create the glorious atmosphere of this medieval flavoured yet modern city, free from the loud, frantic, brash and often stressful pace of life in many larger cities. Fly in and enjoy the very best that the West of Ireland has to offer and of course - the craic!
