Details |
The display video may be found at https://youtu.be/WuETDoMatT0 On the evening of 12th November members will gather on TeamSpeak about 10 minutes before 20:00 and Max Symons will give instructions on synchronising the display for everyone. If you are watching the video on another occasion, then of course there are no restrictions on how you watch it. The video is one hour and 5 minutes long. It opens with the Club's virtual Battle of Britain Memmorial Flight, this year featuring two Lancasters. The show continues with "The CATS" flying Extra 300s just going crazy and amazing all over the sky, followed by a solo display by a Grob Tutor and then a display of precision formation flying by "The Javlins" (our BAe Hawks team) and ends with some spectacualr manouevres by "The Tigers" our team of Dehavilland Tiger Moths. The whole show demonstrates what is possible at the extremes of flying with flight simulators |
PIREP | Spectators can collect the "Display Star" by completing a PIREP with the correct date, and entering "DISP" in the Departure and Arrival boxes of the Form. |
